Notice to Tourists
All tourists must carefully read the following:
1. While ensuring service standards and without reducing the number of tourist attractions, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of visits;
2. In the event of delays or changes to the itinerary caused by force majeure (such as traffic delays, strikes, natural disasters, policy-driven price adjustments, or flight/train cancellations or schedule changes), any resulting expenses will be resolved through mutual negotiation. Please note that tour vehicles in Lhasa are chartered, hotels are booked on a long-term basis, and attraction tickets are discounted or provided free of charge under government policies. If a guest voluntarily opts out of visiting a sightseeing spot, or cancels transportation or accommodation at short notice, no refunds will be issued.
3. The minimum group size is 30 people. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour and notify guests 10 days prior to departure if the minimum group size is not met. If the tour cannot proceed, we will refund all fees collected and assume no further liability or responsibility for any losses.
4. Independent travelers joining group tours must pay a room key deposit directly to the hotel upon check-in and keep the receipt in a safe place. Upon check-out, present the receipt and room key at the front desk to settle the bill and retrieve the deposit. Additionally, any food or daily necessities found in the hotel room are considered personal expenses and are not included in the tour fee. If you consume these items, please pay for them at the front desk before leaving the hotel. Phone calls made from hotel rooms are subject to additional charges; please settle the bill at the front desk after use.
5. Please keep valuables with you at all times and do not leave them in your luggage to prevent loss. Be vigilant against pickpockets when going out. Our agency assumes no liability for lost items but will assist guests in filing a police report.
6. This tour is a group tour for individual travelers, with participants from various countries. Price differences may arise due to transportation costs, booking dates, or other factors. Please refrain from comparing prices, and we appreciate your understanding.
7. Near some scenic areas and rest stops along the route, local residents may sell souvenirs and local specialties. These are not services provided by our agency; please exercise caution when purchasing to avoid being scammed. Rest stops along the route (e.g., water refill stations, restrooms, gas stations, roadside kiosks, car washes, and certain scenic areas) are not designated shopping venues. When boarding or alighting at rest stops, please exercise caution. Most restrooms along the route require a fee; please pay the local fee voluntarily. (Tour participants must remember this.)
8. If you have any dissatisfaction or complaints during the tour, please inform the local tour operator staff immediately. We will coordinate a resolution. If no objection is raised, we will consider the tour satisfactory; if objections are raised after returning, we will not acknowledge or address them. Our assessment of service quality is based on the feedback forms submitted by the majority of the group’s members;
9. During the trip, please remember not to leave the group or alter the itinerary on your own. Please leave valuables at the hotel front desk; do not leave them in your room.
10. Please inform us in advance if travelers under 5 years of age or over 69 years of age are booking this tour.
